1. About Us
Yara Naser is a fashion house based in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, specialising in bespoke bridal gowns, haute couture, and evening wear. You can reach us at online@yaranaser.com.
2. Products
Many of our pieces are handcrafted and made to order. Slight variations in colour, embellishment, or finish are a natural characteristic of handmade couture and are not considered defects. Product images are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.
4. Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed in Omani Rial (OMR) unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken upfront at the time of order placement. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal, and payments may be made in up to 3 installments where available. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from our central warehouse in Muscat, Oman, and shipping is free on all orders. Ready-made designs are delivered within 2–4 business days; custom-made designs within approximately 9–11 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. Showroom pickup is available by prior arrangement.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy. In summary: we do not offer refunds or returns; exchanges are offered only for items that arrive defective or damaged due to our responsibility.
7. Appointments
Appointment requests submitted through our website are confirmed by our team by email or phone. An appointment request does not constitute a confirmed booking until you receive our confirmation.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text, and other content on this website are the property of Yara Naser and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yara Naser shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
