Every Yara Naser piece is crafted with the greatest care, and many of our creations are made to order to your measurements. Because of the bespoke nature of our work, please read this policy carefully before ordering.

We do not offer refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Custom-made and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged due to our responsibility, we take full responsibility and will offer an exchange. Please contact us at online@yaranaser.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the item, and our team will assist you promptly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been placed, as work on your piece begins right away.

Alterations

Alteration services are available at our stores in Muscat. Please contact us to arrange a fitting.
